How if the hospital already has a PACS?

In general, type A and B hospitals already have PACS. The presence of Indotelemed is to be able to improve the existing PACS facilities in hospitals. Apart from that, the NAT server and Firewall in the hospital will help Indotelemed be more secure in maintaining the confidentiality of patient data.


What modalities can be connected to Indotelemed?

Modalities that can be integrated with Indotelemed include; CR, DR/DX, USG, Panoramic, Dental X-Ray Digital, CT Scan, MRI, Dicom EKG, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, etc. Indotelemed has certain conditions in terms of integration requirements with modalities because Indotelemed can only receive Output/Results from Modalities in DICOM format.

Is Indotelemed accessed faster?

The Indotelemed server is placed in the hospital, so that the intranet and internet network access speed certainly follows the network design in the hospital. The recommended intranet network speed is 10/100/1000 gigabit Ethernet, while the internet speed is minimum 100mpbs.


How about After Sales Service if you have purchased Indotelemed?

After Sales Service from Indotelemed will always provide an after sales warranty by providing maintenance service facilities via Tele-Communication, Remote Online and direct visits to hospitals. Our technical support is 24/7 to serve you.


How long is the warranty time?

The product warranty that we provide is for 1 year after the product has been installed and functionally tested at the hospital.

How do technicians handle problems?

If there is a problem with Indotelemed at the hospital, of course we hope that information about the problem will be provided to our technician team. Submission of information can be in the form of telephone and/or WhatsApp short messages which will be provided during installation. We will immediately carry out a problem analysis and remote access to the Indotelemed server at the hospital. please contact to info@indotelemed.com.


Are Modalities and Users restricted?

The modalities and users who use Indotelemed are not limited, as long as the access rights are in accordance with the hospital's needs.

How about the Indotelemed software activation license?

Indotelemed activation license is given 1x for 1 Indotelemed product. We use the Online Activation Product Register system. Where during installation the product will be activated online. This activation is only done once and will run on a lifetime basis, meaning there is no need to reactivate.
Special conditions, if the server is re-installed, and/or Indotelemed is re-installed, it requires re-activation.

How about Indotelemed Software Updates?

During the warranty period, we will update for free and the update will be carried out automatically via remote access. If the warranty period expires, Indotelemed updates will be charged according to the upgrade from the previous software version.

How if the Hard Disk Storage on the server is full?

Users Can back up patient data as provided by the BACKUP/RESTORE menu in the Indotelemed software.

Can I apply for customization of the Indotelemed software??

To customize features on Indotelemed, we only provide free customization for the Expertise Results Template (Inspection Results Report).
