Indotelemed Server Warranty
The product warranty for Indotelemed Server is for 2 (two) years, with the following conditions:
- Spare Parts: Parts damaged due to factory defects will be replaced or repaired.
- Labor: Repairs or replacement of components will be carried out by authorized technicians.
Warranty Claim Requirements:
- Make sure the product is registered within the warranty period.
- Do not damage the warranty sticker on the unit.
- Damage due to user negligence is not covered by the warranty.
- Do not modify or repair the unit yourself.
Extended Warranty: - Indotelemed offers extended warranty packages for Servers.
