Online Support

  • 24/7 Online Support Maintenance for Web-PACS Software for 1 (Year) within the scope of the warranty period.
*Priority maintenance is carried out via remote control (online). It can use 3rd party media like Anydesk, Teamviewer, Ultraviewer, Google Share, etc.

Free Adding A New Modality Console

  • Free additional modality/equipment connection to Web-PACS (specifically for devices/modalities that have Dicom Output and have the Dicom Send feature) – If there is a new device/modality during the warranty period.

Direct Visit

  • Maximum visits 3 times in 1 (year) during the warranty period.
*The intended direct visit is that if there is an obstacle in overcoming a problem with the software that cannot be resolved remotely, a direct visit to the site will be carried out.

Free Software Update

  • Web-PACS Adjustment Update to Operating System (OS) version.
  • Web-PACS Customization Updates to the Operating System (OS) Registry.
  • DICOM Framework Update (if any).
  • Free Update to the latest Web-PACS Version (if any) during the warranty period.

2. Limited to Indotelemed Web-PACS software work.

3. The Indotelemed Web-PACS Software Warranty Period is 1 Year from the Installation Date.

4. Not included in Hardware work.

5. 24 hours Maintenance and Technician Support (Non-STOP).
